RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS / EXCHANGES

Customer Satisfaction is at the forefront of our business and that's why we accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. This policy applies only to purchases made through thegoodkiind.com. Purchases made through a store that carries our products will be subject to the individual stores' return policy. 

In order to be eligible for return, a RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be requested in advance by contacting us at hello@thegoodkiind.com - please use the subject RETURNS.

Note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when placing any returns.  Refunds - of the original product purchase price - will be credited to the original payment source and cannot be guaranteed without a Return Authorization Number.  Administrative/service.restocking fees may apply.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
