Returns + Exchanges

Customer Satisfaction is at the forefront of our business and that's why we accept product returns of unused products within 60 days of purchase - no questions asked. This policy applies only to purchases made through thegoodkiind.com. Purchases made through a store that carries our products will be subject to the individual stores' return policy. 
In order to be eligible for return, a RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be requested in advance by contacting us at hello@thegoodkiind.com.  Please use the subject RETURN in the subject line.
Note that we do not cover shipping costs to return merchandise.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment source and cannot be guaranteed without a Return Authorization Number.
